By reserving a room at Deez Bed and Breakfast, youagree to the following policies, terms, and conditions.Cancellations andchanges to the reservations:We are a very small facility (we haveonly seven guest rooms in total), and that forces us to be rather restrictivein our cancellation policy. As a matter of fact, if you cancel a reservation,it means approximately 15% of lost income to us, because it's very unlikelythat we would be able to rent your room to someone else - most visitors wouldhave already booked a room at some other place. Large hotels can afford the"same day" cancellations - we cannot, sorry. Thank you for yourunderstanding!

• Any reservation must be cancelled or changed no later than eight weeks in advance before the check-in time (3 p.m. (15:00) on the arrival date). We charge the $15.00 administrative fee for such cancellations or changes, except when the change is to add nights to your stay (assuming we have the availability, of course.)
   
• If you cancel within the eight weeks, we will have to deduct the first night's rate from your total payment. If you change your reservation to reduce the number of nights or move them to a different arrival date, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the nights you had reserved originally.(may be applicable in some cases)
   
• If you cancel or make a change within four weeks of your check-in time (or later), or in case of a no-show, NO REFUND is given.
   
• No refund is given in all other circumstances.

ArrivalThe check-in time is from 3 p.m. to11:00 p.m. Early check-in is subject to availability. If you arrive earlier,please feel free to spend time in our lovely Garden Terrace (Kingston) or go tothe beach or pool (Ocho Rios). . If your flight gets delayed or some otherdelay occurs and you cannot arrive before 11:00 p.m., please call, email orWhatsapp message to let us know about the delay. Credit cardauthorization is required to reserve a roomBy asking us to reserve a room youautomatically give us the authorization to charge your card in case ofcancellation, as described above. If you do not cancel your reservation, wewill charge your credit card only upon your arrival, not before.ADDITIONAL FEESA Damage Deposit of $30USD is payable uponcheck-in. This covers: Room key, Towels, TV andAC remotes and LinensThis is a nice place, please treat itnicely!Please do not put your shoes on thebeds.Please do not clean your makeup withour towels or use them to clean your shoes. If any of the above listed is damagedor items utilized for other purposes than what it is intended for your damagedeposit will not be refunded.We are not responsible for accidents, injury, orloss of property of any kind.ABSOLUTELY No smoking inside the building Please utilize assigned smokingareas outside. USAGE OF KITCHENWe serve a FREE LOCAL fullbreakfast and there are many restaurants in our area where you can have lunchor dinner. However, should you require use of microwave, toaster, coffeemachine, to cook a light meal, please go right ahead!No petsWe love pets, but for the comfort of allour guests, we do not allow pets.No children under 8We love children, but they requirespecial attention and areas to play, which unfortunately we cannot provide.There are other lodging facilities in our area which do accept families withchildren, please contact us and we may help you find a suitable place to stay.Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.Please keep noise down at night tolet other guests have a good rest.BreakfastBreakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30a.m daily.  If you need to leave earlier, we can arrange some Juice and fruits totake with you.
